- fresh cranberries - 1/2 c
- packet diet sweetener - 1 item
- lemon-lime, red diet pop or diet ginger ale your choice - 1/2 c
How to make cranberry crunch:
Sprinkle cranberries with diet sweetener and simmer in soda pop for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Cool and drain. Refrigerate before serving.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
