Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- diced apples - 1/2 c
- whole cranberry sauce - 1 can
- Bing cherries, drain and save juice - 1 can
- juice combined from cherry and water - 2 c
How to make cranberry-cherry salad:
Heat juice and water mixture to boiling; set off heat and stir in gelatin. When completely dissolved, chill until slightly thickened. Add rest of ingredients and chill until firm. Good with ham, chicken or turkey.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
