- lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 12
How to make lemon orange rainbow cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool cake in pan 15 minutes, then prick with fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Meanwhile, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add orange juice. Pour carefully over warm cake. Chill at least 2 hours.
