How to make cranberry-apple relish:
Combine all ingredients except apples. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add apples; simmer 5 to 7 minutes more or until slightly thickened. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate up to 4 weeks or freeze.Recipe categories: Apple, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
