Crab casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make crab casserole:
Saute onion and celery in butter. Add soup, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Reserve enough cheese and cracker crumbs to cover top of casserole. Add remaining cheese and crumbs to soup mixture with salt and crabmeat. Put in buttered casserole; cover with reserved cheese and crumbs.
