- ground beef
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 1 (13
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cooked macaroni - 2 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make cowboy casserole:
Brown meat and onion. Add milk, soup, macaroni, corn, salt and pepper. Blend cheese through mixture. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
