Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- round steak, cut and pounded - 2 lb
How to make country fried steak:
Roll steak in flour and salt. Brown in skillet with hot oil. Add water and onion. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
