  • flour - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • onions, chopped fine - 2 item
  • round steak, cut and pounded - 2 lb

How to make country fried steak:

Roll steak in flour and salt. Brown in skillet with hot oil. Add water and onion. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
