Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- melted shortening - 2 Tbsp
How to make cottage pudding:
Mix all ingredients together well and bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan in a hot oven (375°) for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with either a chocolate or lemon sauce.Recipe categories: Desserts, Lunch/snacks, Snacks.
