  • cream cheese
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • Miracle Whip - 1 c
  • can corned beef - 1 item
  • beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • lemon jello
  • green chopped pepper - 1/2 c

How to make corned beef salad:

Mix jello, bouillon and hot water. Add Miracle Whip and cream cheese. Mix well and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and let set. This also makes a good dip for vegetables or crackers.
