Cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• salt
• baking powder - 3 tsp
• small carton sour cream - 1 item
• meal - 1 c
• Mazola - 1/2 c

How to make cornbread:

Beat 2 eggs slightly. Add sour cream. Mix. Add corn and Mazola. Mix well. Add to meal. Bake in greased 7 x 11-inch pan at 400° for 30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes to see if heat is correct.
