- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- meal - 1 c
- Mazola - 1/2 c
How to make cornbread:
Beat 2 eggs slightly. Add sour cream. Mix. Add corn and Mazola. Mix well. Add to meal. Bake in greased 7 x 11-inch pan at 400° for 30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes to see if heat is correct.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Southern u.s..
