Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- sifted flour - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cream-style corn
- fat or oil - 1/3 c
How to make corn fritters:
Beat egg yolks until light; add corn, seasonings and flour. Stir to blend. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonful into skillet of hot fat. Cook until brown, turning once.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
