Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • light corn syrup - 2/3 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • brown sugar, packed - 1/4 c
  • corn flake cereal or 4 c - 3 c

How to make corn flake candy:

In medium saucepan, combine syrup and brown sugar. Cook and stir until mixture comes to full rolling boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in cereal. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let cool until firm.
