Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- thinly sliced onions - 1 c
- green pepper, thinly sliced - 1 c
- Sauce:1 can tomato soup
- sliced carrots, cooked until tender-crisp - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Sauce:1 can tomato soup1 tsp. prepared mustard1 c. vinegar1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/3 c. sugar1/3 c. salad oil Mix vegetables together. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Stir occasionally. It will keep for 7 to 10 days. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
