- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, peeled and cut - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Cook carrots with 1 teaspoon salt until tender. Drain. Mix other ingredients thoroughly. Add carrots and marinate overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
