  • carrots, sliced - 2 lb
  • bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp

How to make copper pennies:

Scrape and cook carrots. Drain. Layer carrots, bell peppers and onions in a bowl. Blend soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a bowl. Pour over carrots. Cover and refrigerate overnight
