- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
How to make copper pennies:
Scrape and cook carrots. Drain. Layer carrots, bell peppers and onions in a bowl. Blend soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a bowl. Pour over carrots. Cover and refrigerate overnightRecipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
