Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- medium onions, sliced in rings - 2 item
- cooked carrots, circular cut - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Cook the cut carrots in boiling water with salt until tender (don't overcook). Drain and cool carrots. Combine with onions and pepper.
