Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 2 lb
- small sliced onion - 1 item
- small sliced pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
How to make copper pennies:
Slice and cook carrots until medium done. Layer with onion and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients well in pot. Bring to boil for 5 minutes. Pour hot over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
