Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Boil carrots until done. Mix remaining ingredients. Drain carrots; add to sauce. Cover and marinate overnight. Serve cold.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
