- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Slice and boil carrots in salted water until fork-tender; cool. Alternate in layers with carrots, pepper rings and onion slices. (May chop the onions and peppers when serving to large crowds.)
