Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 1/2
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- marshmallows about 32 - 1/2 lb
How to make cookie crunch bars:
You will need sucker sticks.Step 1: Lightly grease bowl and pan with butter on a piece of waxed paper.
Step 2: Put 2 inches of water in double boiler bottom, butter and marshmallows in top.
Step 3: Heat until marshmallows are melted. Add vanilla. Beat smooth.
Step 4: Stir as you pour the marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl.
Step 5: Press mixture in pan. Cool. Cut in 8 big bars. Push a wooden stick into each.
