Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chocolate chips - 1 pkg
- light brown sugar - 1 lb
- butter or Crisco - 2/3 c
- sifted self-rising flour
How to make congo squares:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time alternating with flour until all is added. Mix nuts and chocolate chips. Bake in a greased pan at 350° until done.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
