- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- packed brown sugar - 1 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking powder
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- Crisco, melted - 2/3 c
How to make congo squares:
First, beat eggs well; add brown sugar, melted Crisco, vanilla and dry ingredients a little at a time. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 13 X 9 X 2 pan.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
