Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- brown sugar
- baking powder
- chocolate chips - 1 pkg
- shortening - 2/3 c
How to make congo squares:
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Melt shortening. Add brown sugar. Mix well and add eggs (one at a time), beating well after each one. Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips.
