  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 oz
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • rib celery, chopped - 1 item
  • cooked, diced chicken - 3 c
  • can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 oz
  • can French green beans, drained - 1 oz
  • jar pimento, chopped - 1 oz

How to make company chicken casserole:

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with rice. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield: 9 to 10 servings.
