Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 2 c
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- plain yogurt - 1/2 c
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- mint sprigs - 1 item
- fresh peaches, peeled and pureed or 2 large jars baby peaches - 4 item
How to make cold peach soup:
Blend all ingredients in blender until frothy. Pour into soup bowls. Garnish with nutmeg and mint sprigs. Serve as a side dish to any spicy entree.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Soups & stews.
