Cold peach soup



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- fresh lemon juice - 1/4 c
- large ripe peaches, peeled and quartered - 5 item
- sweet sherry - 1/4 c
- thawed orange juice concentrate - 2 Tbsp
- sliced, peeled peaches - 1 item
How to make cold peach soup:
Puree 5 peaches with sugar in blender. Add sour cream, lemon juice, sherry and orange juice. Blend until smooth. Transfer to covered dish and refrigerate until well chilled. Garnish each serving with sliced peaches. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Soups & stews.
