Ingredients/Components
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- frozen peas - 1 lb
- garlic salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- water chestnuts, drained and chopped - 1 (8
- pimento for color - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise to coat - 1 item
How to make cold pea salad:
In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Keep adding mayonnaise until all ingredients are covered well. Peas can either be left out to thaw or mix frozen if made ahead of time such as the night before.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Low calorie, Salads.
