  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • small marshmallows - 2 item
  • pecans - 1 c
  • sticks oleo - 2 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Coke - 1 c
  • Melt oleo over low heat, then add cocoa and Coke

How to make coke cake:

Put sugar, flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Melt oleo over low heat, then add cocoa and Coke. Heat to the boiling point and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Blend in marshmallows, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and soda. Beat well. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan for 30 to 35 minutes.Icing:1 stick oleo6 Tbsp. Coke1 c. pecans3 Tbsp. cocoa1 box powdered sugar Melt oleo, cocoa and Coke over low fire. Heat to the boiling point. Pour over powdered sugar and beat until creamy. Add pecans.
