- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- sticks oleo - 3 item
How to make coconut pound cake:
Bring oleo to room temperature. Spray tube pan. Heat oven to 325°. Cream oleo and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Sift flour, salt and soda together. Add to creamed mixture, then stir in sour cream. BeaRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
