- eggs - 5 item
- water - 1/2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Crisco - 1 c
- can coconut - 1 item
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- Add eggs, one at a time
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream together sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat 2 minutes between each egg. Add other ingredients. Beat. Bake in an angel food pan for 1 hour at 350°.
