- eggs - 3 item
- sugar
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
How to make coconut pie:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, cornstarch, salt, milk and vanilla. Then add melted margarine and coconut. Bake in unbaked pie crust until done, about 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
