Coconut pecan brownies
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- can coconut pecan frosting - 1 item
- box brownie mix - 1 item
How to make coconut pecan brownies:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom only of 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Mix together brownie mix, water, oil and egg. Add in sour cream and frosting. Mix well and spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips over top. Bake approximately 42 to 52 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
