Ingredients/Components
- whole milk - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- sugar - 1 c
- Bisquick - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- flaked coconut - 2 3
How to make coconut custard pie:
In a blender, mix all ingredients, except coconut. Pour into greased fluted pie plate. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 cups flaked coconut. Bake in a 350° oven covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
