  • whole milk - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • sugar - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • stick butter or margarine - 1/2 item
  • flaked coconut - 2 3

How to make coconut custard pie:

In a blender, mix all ingredients, except coconut. Pour into greased fluted pie plate. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 cups flaked coconut. Bake in a 350° oven covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes. Continue baking uncovered for additional 15 to 20 minutes until cake test comes out clean. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
