Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour - 1 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- quick cooking oats - 1 c
- salt optional - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans optional - 1/2 c
- toasted coconut - 1 c
How to make coconut crisps:
Spread coconut in shallow pan and toast in 325° oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Cream butter; add sugar and mix. Add egg and beat, then vanilla.
