- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut cream pie:
Put sugar, flour and egg yolks in a bowl and mix with a little milk. In top of a double boiler put 3 cups of milk and margarine. Then add flour mixture. Stir often. Cook until thick and then add vanilla and coconut. Pour in pie shell. Then fix meringue.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
