How to make coconut cake:

Bake in layers according to package directions.Filling:2 c. sugar1 c. sour cream2 pkg. frozen coconut Mix sugar and sour cream until sugar dissolves. Add frozen coconut and vanilla. Frost while cake layers are still warm.
