Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- coconut - 7 oz
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- yellow cake mix, baked as directed on box in 2 layers
How to make coconut cake:
Mix together sour cream, sugar and coconut. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, bake cake. Split each layer in half to make 4 layers. Beat Cool Whip into coconut mixture. Frost layers and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
