Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- milk - 3 4
- salt
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- shortening - 1 c
- nuts - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/4 item
- mini marshmallows
- Frosting:1 egg
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Frosting:1 egg1/4 stick oleo1/3 c. cocoa1 box powdered sugar3 or 4 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 c. nuts Cream sugar and shortening together and add eggs, beating after each egg is added. Stir in flour, cocoa and salt. Add to this mixture the vanilla and nuts. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 300° for 25 to 30 minutes. When baked remove from oven and spread with marshmallows.
