Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 12 oz
- butter - 1/4 lb
- powdered sugar
- block paraffin - 3/4 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- Angel Flake coconut - 14 oz
- pecans, ground - 3 c
How to make coconut balls:
Mix together the butter, pecans, milk, sugar and coconut and chill several hours. Roll into balls. Melt in top of double boiler the chocolate chips and paraffin. Dip coconut balls in chocolate mixture with toothpick. Cool on wire rack or wax paper.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies, Candy.
