Cocoa-cola cake


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- confectioners sugar
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- coarsely chopped nuts - 1 c
- cola - 1 c
- baking cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- Set aside
How to make cocoa-cola cake:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar and baking soda. Set aside. In a saucepan, bring butter, cocoa and cola to a boil. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. Mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until cake tests done. Make icing.Icing:1/2 c. butter or margarine2 to 3 Tbsp. baking cocoa6 Tbsp. cola3 1/4 c. confectioners sugar1 c. coarsely chopped nuts Combine butter, cocoa and cola in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
