Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/2 c
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • molasses - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • ketchup - 1 c
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • ground beef
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • yellow mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • small amount milk - 1 item

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Brown the onion in the vegetable oil; add molasses, ketchup, water, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Put into a crock-pot. Mix together the ground beef, crackers, onion soup mix, milk, salt and pepper. Form into tiny balls. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Drain the meatballs and add to the sauce. Bake on low for 2 hours. Enjoy!
