Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- molasses - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- ketchup - 1 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- ground beef
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- yellow mustard - 2 Tbsp
- small amount milk - 1 item
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Brown the onion in the vegetable oil; add molasses, ketchup, water, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Put into a crock-pot. Mix together the ground beef, crackers, onion soup mix, milk, salt and pepper. Form into tiny balls. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Drain the meatballs and add to the sauce. Bake on low for 2 hours.
