Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- white wine - 1/4 c
- can minced clams, drained - 1 oz
- toast rounds Melba okay - 20 item
How to make clam puffs:
Soften cream cheese and blend in all other ingredients. Spread on toast rounds and place under a preheated broiler for about 5 minutes until top bubbles. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Clams.
