Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon
- 5 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- Grease 9 x 5-inch pan
How to make cinnamon bread:
Heat oven to 375°. Grease 9 x 5-inch pan. In medium bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Separate dough into 20 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Toss in sugar mixture. Place coated pieces in greased pan. Bake at 375° for 25 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan. Remove from pan and drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze.Powdered Sugar Glaze:1/2 c. powdered sugar enough water for desired drizzling consistency (2 to 3 tsp.) To make glaze, in a small bowl combine powdered sugar and water. Blend well.Recipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Weeknight.
