Christmas sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 4 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 2/3 c
• baking powder
• egg - 1 item

How to make christmas sugar cookies:

Thoroughly cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add egg; beat until light and fluffy. Stir in milk. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Divide and chill 1 hour. On lightly floured surface, roll and cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Bake at 375° for 5 to 8 minutes. Always double or triple this recipe because it only makes 2 dozen.
