Zucchini jam
Ingredients/Components
- zucchini - 3 c
- lemon juice bottled lemon juice - 1/4 c
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
- sugar - 3 c
- boxes apricot Jell-O - 2 item
How to make zucchini jam:
Peel and cook zucchini in small amount of water until tender. Put in blender until smooth. Measure 3 cups zucchini into large kettle. Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice and Sure-Jell. Boil for 2 minutes. Add sugar and apricot Jell-O. Stir well and boil for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and put into jars.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
