Chocolate rum balls
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- shredded coconut - 1/2 c
- crisp rice cereal - 3 c
- rum flavoring - 1 Tbsp
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
How to make chocolate rum balls:
Melt chocolate over hot, not boiling water. Combine marshmallow cream and rum flavoring. Stir in chocolate; mix well. Add cereal, coconut and nuts. Form into balls. Roll in additional coconut or nuts, if desired. Chill until firm. Yield: 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, For large groups, < 30 mins.
