Chocolate pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cold water or coffee
How to make chocolate pudding cake:
Stir together first 4 ingredients and set aside. Melt together butter and cocoa. Add to flour and stir in milk and vanilla. Pour into 9 x 9-inch buttered baking pan. Over the top, scatter without mixing the brown sugar, sugar and cocoa. Pour over the top the cold water or coffee.
