  • chunky peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
  • skim milk - 2 Tbsp
  • cold skim milk - 2 c
  • thawed lite Cool Whip - 1 c
  • 4 serving size Jell-O chocolate flavor sugar-free instant pudding - 1 pkg

How to make chocolate peanut butter dessert:

Mix 2 tablespoons milk into peanut butter in large bowl. Stir in whipped topping. Pour 2 cups of milk into large bowl; add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes until well blended. Spoon whipped topping mixture and pudding alternately into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
