Chocolate mint brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- can chocolate syrup - 1 oz
- chocolate chips
- soft butter - 1/2 c
- creme de menthe - 2 Tbsp
- walnuts optional - 1/2 c
- 10x sugar or more
How to make chocolate mint brownies:
Layer 2:2 c. 10x sugar (or more)1/2 c. soft butter2 Tbsp. creme de menthe Layer 3:1 c. chocolate chips6 Tbsp. butter Layer 1: Cream sugar and butter; add flour and salt, then add remaining ingredients. Mix together. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool completely.Layer 2: Mix all ingredients and spread over cooled cake. Let icing set.
Layer 3 (Glaze): Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave. Stir often. Let cool slightly and spread evenly for top layer. Chill and cut into 1-inch squares.
