- vanilla - 1 item
- salt - 1 item
- chocolate chips - 1 item
- cream of tartar - 1 item
How to make chocolate meringue kisses:
Beat 2 egg whites stiff and add 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar. Fold in 6 ounce package chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on greased pan. Bake 25 minutes at 300°. I usually double the recipe.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
